Trovus presented at its second Vistage CEO workshop yesterday. I am pleased to say that again we have been well recieved and the feedback has been very useful and positive. I would like to thank the one member who answered my first question of "What would you like to get out of this session", with "I have no ideas as I don't know what you are going to talk about!". Hooray for crowd sourcing and all that it can achieve. Starbucks, like a good number before has now embraced the web and allowed to gather and deliver a huge volume of ideas on how things at Starbucks across America could or should change.Jon passed the me article on the BBC that caught his eye with this a while ago and I have been following the ideas storm of a while now and it is reach of what this idea is doing for Starbucks that is so compelling.The OBVIOUS 1) It is giving Starbucks some good ideas about how to improve...

I have been quiet on our blog for a week or so, obviously (the advert) do to the level of work that we have going on inside Trovus, so it is was something a bit eye chatting, even shocking, that got me to turn back to the blog...that little voice that goes off and says write this down to crystallise your thoughts and see what other make of it.It's my New Scientist doing it again.
