Why no mention of forum or groups in community tools. Do they have a role?

Nick, thanks for your question from our Cisco seminar.  It is a great question and a well observed point.  The simple answer is that we focus on the creation of niche groups on the web and forums simply demand volume that the niche sites do not have.  There is nothing worse that going to a site where the forum is stale and empty and the tumbleweed is visably rolling through.
