We find that every business we have engaged with, regardless of the vertical they operate in, the products or services they sell or the size and structure of the organisation, share a number of common traits that marks them apart.

They are all run by or employ innovative people.  In each case we have engaged with people who recognise that something is happening in web land.  Most admit, like the rest of us, that they don't have all the answers but they are willing and keen to use their innovative culture to embrace change.  Inevitably this means that they will work hard to look for the value in the project and will be prepared to find it as the project matures.

They are all organisations that recognise the need to invest.  Innovation requires investment and the commitment to see projects through.  Most recognise that the technologies are not bleeding edge but the cultural impact on a company may well be.

They are all businesses that recognise their web presence can sit that the heart of their business and therefore will over time integrate into all aspects of the business that will benefit from enhanced communication, collaboration and ultimately value creation.
